When picking up your order from our main store in Chania no shipping costs or cash on delivery charges apply.
After your order is placed, the products are sent to your address within 1-3 working days with ACS Courier Service.
For payment by cash on delivery an additional charge of €2 applies.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of posting the postal code on the checkout page.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a relevant email with detailed information. You can keep track of your order when you log in on your account.
Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. (We are not liable for shipment delays associated with the delivery service.)

In case you have purchased an item through the online store or by phone, you can return it within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund.
Returns are accepted provided the returned item is in perfect condition, without signs of wear or use, in its original package.
Moreover, in any case, returned items must include all accompanying documents (package, retail receipt, etc.).
If returned items do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your return/exchange request.
In case returns involve defective items or items different from the ones ordered, shipping costs are free of charge. In any other case, shipping costs are paid by customers. Once the returned item is received, checked and inspected, you will receive a full refund.
